Ducklings in spring are a sign of new beginnings. So I found this photo of a little duckling, that I took two days ago, symbolic for my new beginnings in WordPress after a long absence.
There is so much to be learned from a child’s ability to get lost in time. ‘Lost in time’ is such an interesting expression. It implies that time stands still and all that matters is ‘now’. If we want to know how to be mindful, all we have to do is watch children at play.
