There is so much to be learned from a child’s ability to get lost in time. ‘Lost in time’ is such an interesting expression. It implies that time stands still and all that matters is ‘now’. If we want to know how to be mindful, all we have to do is watch children at play.

A beautiful candid series. Very nice to have come across your blog. All the best…
Thank you, Andrew!
Or play with them, assuming you have the energy. 🙂
Lovely photos and sentiment.
Thank you! Kids always want us to play with them and this gives us the much needed excuse to do so. All too often we don’t give ourselves permission to just play.
